A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels. (Proverbs 1:5)

By-the-Book Bible Study is a Bible teaching ministry committed to the infallible text of Scripture. There is no greater book to study than God's Word. It is an awesome thought to realize that God cared enough to reveal His truth in written word to challenge and guide our lives. There is only one set of final truths in this world, not mathematics or science but only the Word of God. In the Bible, we have the eternal principles intended to direct us through this life. Therefore it is both a privilege and a responsibility to study God’s Word.

Belief Statement

  • This ministry believes that the Bible is the authoritative guide for faith and practice, that it is inspired by God in its entirety.
  • This ministry believes that God exists in triunity as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • This ministry believes that man is a sinner and needs salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
  • This ministry believes that Christ, the eternal son of God, became flesh and died to atone for sin, and redeem the lost. He arose from the dead and presently sits at the Father’s right hand, interceding for the saints and preparing heaven.
  • This ministry believes that Christ will return for His own at the Rapture of the church, and return bodily to the earth to establish His millennial kingdom, after which He will rule as Lord of all, throughout eternity.
  • This ministry believes that the local church is defined as an assembly of baptized believers, in whom Christ dwells under the discipline of the Word of God, organized for evangelism, education, edification and exaltation of God.

Mission Statement

Equipping people to grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
